Stroller-pushing UES suspect wanted by police

Upper East Side residents are sounding the alarm about a man who they say has been going around the neighborhood, demanding money, spitting on people and even assaulting them. But this suspect, oddly, is often seen pushing a stroller with a baby in tow. FOX 5 NY's Arthur Chi'en spoke with several people who say they had encounters with the suspect or know someone who did.
