A truck bomb in Somalia has killed at least 18 people. The explosion has also left another 40 people wounded. Five police officers are among the dead. Officers had fired at the truck in a failed attempt to stop it from ramming into a security checkpoint. No one has immediately claimed responsibility for the incident.
