Motorcyclist critical after horror crash

Emergency services were called to Viola Pl, near Brisbane Airport, at 5.25am on Friday morning following reports of a crash.A Queensland Police spokesperson said the male rider was treated at the scene for critical injuries, before being taken to hospital.“The truck did not remain at the scene, and we are trying to locate it,” the spokesperson said.“We’re not sure the driver realised he struck the motorcyclist, (so) we are trying to find the driver.“The forensic crash unit is at the scene at the moment investigating the crash.”More to come.
