Political commentator Bill Shipp dies at 89

Veteran Georgia journalist and political commentator Bill Shipp has died at age 89. He spent more than five decades covering government and politics in the state of Georgia. He first gained publicity when he was the editor of the University of Georgia's student newspaper, The Black and Red.
