Australian Defence Review co-author raises concern over navy’s fleet lethality

The co-author of Australia's Defence Strategic Review has sounded the alarm about what he describes as a lack of lethality in the navy's surface fleet. Former Defence Force chief Sir Angus Houston called on the Albanese government to hasten progress to make missiles on shore.
