Chalmers monitors domestic impacts of Silicon Valley Bank’s collapse

Treasurer Jim Chalmers has confirmed he is closely monitoring domestic impacts after the failure of Silicon Valley Bank in the US. Mr Chalmers admitted some Australian firms had been impacted by the bank’s collapse but believes any fallout to broader financial system is unlikely to be significant.
