Flooding Seen in Louisiana as Storms Move Through Southern US

Flooding was seen in parts of Louisiana on Friday, December 30, amid flash flood warnings in the state. This footage was captured by Twitter user @westbruh19, who said they filmed it in French Settlement, a village in Livingston Parish, on Friday morning. According to the National Weather Service, flash flood warnings would remain in place until Friday afternoon, and warned people in affected areas to move to higher ground.
