Putin’s ‘immoral threats’ of nuclear weapons are ‘reckless’ and ‘destabilising’

Shadow Foreign Minister Simon Birmingham says Russian President Vladimir Putin’s “immoral threats” in relation to nuclear weapons are nothing but “reckless” and “destabilising”.
