Marles refutes claims support for Ukraine is delayed

Deputy Prime Minister Richard Marles says has refuted claims Australia's military support for Ukraine is delayed. Ukraine has recently lobbied Australia for more military support, including more Bushmaster vehicles, following Russian President Vladimir Putin ordering a partial mobilisation and warning he is not bluffing about the use of nuclear weapons. Mr Marles said Australia's support for Ukraine is “not being held up by red tape”. “And certainly, there is no complaint coming from Ukraine in respect of any of that and the program of delivery that was worked out between us and Ukraine is on schedule,” Mr Marles told Sky News Australia.
