Boris Johnson meets with Marles in surprise visit to England’s north

Outgoing UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has made a surprise visit to meet with Defence Minister Richard Marles in the north of England. Mr Marles had previously planned to meet his counterpart UK Defence Secretary Ben Wallace. Mr Johnson and Mr Marles toured the BAE Systems' academy where apprentices are trained to build submarines.
