Shots fired at family home

The 40-year-old woman and her two children – a boy almost three years old and a six month old baby girl – were inside the Bathurst home at the time of the attack, although they were not physically injured. Police were called to the Bannerman Crescent property in the suburb of Kelso shortly after 9pm on Monday, where they found several shots stuck into the front of a single-level brick building.A crime scene was established and a number of items have been seized and taken for forensic examination. Superintendent Bob Noble from Chifley Police District is set to address the media with further details on Tuesday.
