New Vic taskforce to disrupt organised crime networks

The new VIPER Taskforce will be the “first of its kind” in Victoria, says Sky News Reporter Julia Bradley. The taskforce launches today with 80 specialist officers who will be operating as part of a specialist and investigations unit. “The Herald Sun is reporting that the mission of this taskforce is to detect, disrupt and deter criminal activities carried out by outlaw motorcycle gangs, street gangs as well as organised crime networks,” she said.
