Targeted shelling destroys schools, hospitals in Ukrainian city

Residents of Ukrainian city Izyum are fearful Russian shelling will annihilate the city, with schools, health clinics and homes already obliterated by the airborne assaults. While the Russian Defense Ministry has claimed Russian forces have taken over the provincial city of 50,000, these reports are yet to be confirmed by Ukraine and NATO allies.
