Kanye West banned from Grammys

Rapper Kanye West has been removed from the Grammy Awards performance line-up due to his concerning online behaviour. It comes after the rapper, now legally known as Ye, was suspended from Instagram for 24 hours for violating its policies on “hate speech and bullying and harassment”. The social media site took action after the rapper made a number of online attacks against comedian Pete Davidson, who is dating his ex-wife Kim Kardashian. Ye’s album 'Donda' - named in honour of his late mother - is nominated for Album of the Year. The 64th Grammy Awards will take place on April 4.
