Satellite imagery taken on Saturday, February 26, shows Russian ground forces at and around the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant in Nova Kakhovka, Ukraine. Forces were seen on the southern bank of Dnieper River while a large number of armored vehicles were in position less than one kilometer away, according to satellite images from Maxar Technologies. On Thursday morning, Ukraine’s Ministry of Energy reported that unidentified armed forces had entered the power plant’s grounds.
