Putin ’emboldened’ by Biden’s ‘weakness and incoherence’

US President Joe Biden’s “weakness and incoherence” has strengthened Russian President Vladimir Putin, according to Sky News host Rita Panahi. It comes after a video of President Biden resurfaced where he claimed President Putin feared him and things in Eastern Europe would change. “Things changed alright, Biden’s weakness and incoherence has emboldened Putin and other tyrants around the world,” she said.
