Indonesia ‘very keen to sign up’ to Australia’s agriculture visa: Littleproud

Agriculture Minister David Littleproud says Foreign Affairs Minister Marise Payne has given a “strong indication” the negotiations for Agriculture Visas for Australia are nearly finalised. “Indonesia is one of the four countries that has been prepared to name themselves as one that we’re in bilateral negotiations with,” Mr Littleproud told Sky News Australia. “I met with what they call a manpower minister and she was very open about the fact that they are very keen to sign up. “Marise Payne and her department are in charge of this; Marise has given us a very strong indication that those negotiations are nearly finalised and that we should see some positive outcome very soon.” Via news.com.au — Australia’s leading news site https://www.news.com.au
