The man became WA’s latest multi-millionaire after scooping the top prize in Saturday’s lotto draw with a ticket he bought with money he saved from quitting smoking.The man in his 60’s, a regular lotto player, bought his ticket at the Hamilton Hill Newsagency.“I started playing with the money I saved when I quit smoking and all of my efforts have been realised – I could not be more thrilled,” he said.
