Get vaccinated on holiday, says Queensland health minister

Queensland Health Minister Yvette D’Ath has urged Queenslanders to “get vaccinated”, even if they’re on holiday. “I know there’s lots and lots of families who are travelling around Queensland right now on school holidays,” Ms D’Ath said. “Don’t wait till you come back home – get vaccinated on holiday. “If you’re passing a vaccination site or you know there’s one nearby, pop down and get a vaccination while you’re on holidays because the quicker you get vaccinated, the quicker we can protect our community. “We want people to get vaccinated as quickly as possible, because it will be at least five weeks until you are fully covered.” Via news.com.au — Australia’s leading news site https://www.news.com.au
