ACT records 31 new local COVID-19 cases

ACT Chief Minister Andrew Barr says there have been 31 new local COVID-19 cases recorded overnight in the territory. Mr Barr said 17 of the cases are linked, while 14 are still under investigation. "Six of the cases were in quarantine during their entire infectious period," Mr Barr said during a media conference on Thursday.
