A total of four adults and three children were involved in the collision on the Sunshine Motorway southbound at Peregian Springs just before 8am. One child was taken in a serious but stable condition to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital with head injuries, alongside two other children and one adult with unknown injuries.Three adults were taken to Nambour Hospital.Police are investigating, and traffic controls are expected to remain in place throughout the morning.
