Victoria records two new COVID-19 cases

Victoria has recorded two new locally transmitted COVID-19 cases as the state enjoys its first weekend out of lockdown. Restaurants, bars, retail and hospitality are all slowly reopening but Health Minister Martin Foley is still urging state residents to be cautious, asking them not be too complacent and to be aware of social distancing rules.
