NSW records 163 new COVID cases

New South Wales Health Minister Brad Hazzard has announced the state has recorded 163 new COVID-19 cases and says there is a “continuing and growing problem” particularly in Sydney’s west and southwest. “To 8pm last night, we had 163 locally acquired cases … that takes us up from the previous day which was 136 cases,” Mr Hazzard said. “It was only a few days ago that we were in the 70’s," he said.
