Police Rescue Woman and Dog From Icy Waters in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin

Police officers pulled a woman from icy waters in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, on January 15, with bodycam footage capturing the dramatic rescue. According to a press release sent to Storyful by the Prairie du Chien Police Department, the 72-year-old woman had fallen through the ice while attempting to save her dog, struggling in the water until a passerby called 911.
