Snowfall covered Knoxville, Tennessee on December 24, turning from rain to snow just in time for Christmas Eve. Footage taken by Twitter user @wxjeffrey shows snow in Knoxville. “An hour ago it was 38° and raining!” wrote @wxjeffrey on Twitter. “Crazy snowfall rate here in Knoxville.
