Miami Beach Fire Department Shows Love for Residents Staying at Home During COVID-19 Pandemic

The Miami Beach Fire Department showed their appreciation for community members who stay at home during the COVID-19 pandemic, parading their fire engines through the city on April 17. Footage uploaded to Twitter showed a procession of trucks flashing lights and blaring sirens. According to a press release issued by the City of Miami Beach, on April 17 the “Miami Beach Fire will join their fellow departments countywide with a procession of lights of sirens to say ‘thank you’ to residents for staying home, practicing social distancing and wearing face covering during the COVID-19 pandemic”.
