Child psychologist Kirrilie Smout says there are many kids finding life “quite stressful” with concern about the virus and its impact on their regular routines. “The lack of predictability in their day can be quite tough for lots of kids,” she told Sky News. Ms Smout also discussed the Calm Kid Central support program which “allows parents and care givers to ask any questions and get really quick responses”. “We also have courses for children that they can watch and understand worry and frustration and help them act in more corporative ways,” she said.
