NBN to increase bandwidth to meet growing demand

The National Broadband Network will provide more bandwidth free of charge to meet the increasing demand from Australians in self-isolation or working from home. Communications Minister Paul Fletcher said the move would support economic productivity during the COVID-19 crisis. Under the move, bandwidth capacity would increase by 40 per cent.
