Republicans making ‘full-court press’ to wrap up impeachment trial before State of the Union

Sky News contributor Bruce Wolpe says Republican senators are making "a full-court press" to see US President Donald Trump's impeachment trial wrap up by "this time next week" as Democrats push to have John Bolton testify as a witness. Mr Wolpe said President Trump does not want "impeachment hanging over him" while he speaks to media during the traditional NFL Super Bowl interview. "Tuesday is the State of the Union.
