Palestinians reject Trump’s ‘win-win’ Middle East plan

Palestinians have rejected Donald Trump's Middle East peace plan despite the US President labelling it a "win-win opportunity" for both Israel and Palestine. The proposal calls for the creation of a State of Palestine with its capital in parts of eastern Jerusalem and also more than doubles the territory currently under Palestinian control. But it also recognises Israeli sovereignty over major settlement blocs in the West Bank. The Palestinians have accused President Trump of having bias in favour of Israel.
