Man charged over Dastan cold case murder

Supplied video obtained Thursday, January 30, 2020, of a 58-year-old man who was arrested at a hotel at Sydney Olympic Park about 10pm yesterday (Wednesday, January 29, 2020). The man has been charged with the cold case murder of Hasan Dastan. Mr Dastan's severely beaten body was found in the workshop of his Blacktown auto wrecker's business in December 1995. A post-mortem examination found the 52-year-old died of severe blunt force trauma to the head and face.
