Smoke in Plane Forces Passengers to Exit Onto Runway in Dallas

An American Airlines flight was forced to return to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport shortly after takeoff on December 21 when smoke started filling the cabin, according to passenger Laura Hebert. Videos filmed by Hebert show passengers disembarking onto the tarmac as emergency vehicles surrounded the plane.
