‘Risky’ property developers to undergo mandatory checks

Property developers and construction companies who've been identified as ‘risky players' will reportedly have to undergo mandatory inspections if they want to sell high rise apartments in New South Wales. The federal government will examine developers, builders and certifiers in a bid to identify dodgy developers, according to the Daily Telegraph.
