Man sentenced to 20 years jail for murder of Melbourne law student

A man has been sentenced to 20 years jail for the murder of Melbourne law student Laa Chol. The man, whose identity has been suppressed, was found guilty for stabbing the 19-year-old woman during a brawl with a group of young men outside an apartment in July 2018.
